Build a Vacation Home in Western Pennsylvania!

Last year we did the dirt work and removal of a modular home to make space for a couple moving up to the woods from the city. They both worked from home during the lockdowns and decided they should duplicate their house in the city, up here in Western PA!

First we cleared out the wooded area behind the existing house. Then we removed the house on the property and built the foundation pad. From there, we worked with the home building contractor to create the driveway, backyard, and install the power, water and sewage lines. The remaining step is to seed the yard this spring.
