What is the most likely thing to go wrong?
What is our backup plan?
How can I help speed up the process?
“This contractor I heard of (narrator: from HGTV) remodeled a 9-bedroom, 5 bathroom mansion in Tennessee in 30 minutes (narrator: minus commercials)! Why is it taking more than a few weeks to dig my foundation in Pennsylvania in January??”
