Part Four: How to make SURE your contractor does quality work on a Septic System in Clarion, Venango, Armstrong, Elk, Forest or Jefferson County, PA
This is our fourth post about septic systems in Clarion, Jefferson, Forest, Venango, Armstrong and Elk County, Pennsylvania.
In PART ONE of this five part series, we cover why we believe you should always hire a contractor with EXPERIENCE over the low bidder.
In PART TWO, we discuss how important it is for clients to be ready to LEARN.
In PART THREE, we explain why we never rush through the PLANNING phase just to get to the “fun stuff”.

4. STICK TO THE PLAN. RUSHING will mean CUT CORNERS. DON’T DO IT!
Again, it is extremely important to us to get the client to be educated about the work we do, and for us to listen to the client while we are still in the planning stages.
We have had clients in the past who tried fast and cheap options like they were on an HGTV show. Remember the shows that started up about 20 years ago?
Most clients today have fried brains from these shows. They don’t even know that the messy part of construction even exists. They only want to think about the “fun” parts, like decorating the bathroom after the drywall is put in.
Bottom line: We love those too, but not so much that we want to sacrifice quality!
These clients, unfortunately, often had issues with:
unevenly graded yards
a yard that was a pain in the neck to mow every week
a mound awkwardly positioned that made it difficult to play or entertain the way the clients wanted
poor water pressure
and much more!
By the time they got fed up and decided to hire us, they often had to spend significantly larger amounts of money re-doing things! Don’t do this!!
All that waiting for NOTHING!!
Below, check out our successfully completed septic system from this summer! Isn’t it pretty? Our inspector thought so!
